Not much discussion about it...maybe some folks dont want to stir the pot until they reload...IMO this is exactly what we were all hoping for...Vacate and Remand!...if you dont remember, the prior court decision(now vacated) is why we fell from the 5-10 cent PPS....I can't believe the appeals court gave this to us...I might start believing in justice again...
