Thanks Ron.. So my mind wonders what actually has been going on with this litigation for the last 6 months... since according to Pacer nothing has happened other than council being flipped...? Is it a grace period for the new council to get up to speed... or is this just parr for American Justice..?

This chapter in the PTSC/TPL saga started over 4 yrs ago now...
