From the virtual meeting I heard Cliff say that  shareholders called with questions and opinions and he appreciated their thoughts. Litigation resumes on May 23rd is what I heard him say. As to the ruling, that he can only direct you to the ruling itself for interpretation. Hope others were able to hear the meeting.

Finally, as I heard it, the advisory motion for compensation to the board members was not passed.
