The Browns made Leckrone to file Chapter 11, no? Leckrone installed his "Intellasys friend" Vankidu as acting director of the Chapter 11 TPL.
NOW one of Leckrones biggest enemys, Marcie Brown (she is asking $20M - please correct me - from TPL) is acting as a TPL director.

What, if PTSC has made deals (BK Commitee, Counsels, Dominion, Moore, TPL, Alliacense) with their issued 200m (or parts) preferered share? (makes a freefloat total of aprox. 600m shares, no?)
What, if the deals make PTSC 100% owner of the MMP, by getting all rights from TPL/Alliacense?
What, if they will go with Dominion now for adequate (?) "Low Payments Licenses" ($2-5Mio Average) with the remaining 250-300 infinging companies (6years back periode) ?
Are there any "old news" out re. TPL´s BK Case with Judge Johnson, that will generate some transperancy...? Anyone?
What if the NDOC 5 agree to such "Low Level Payments"?
