So, most likely from July 1st 2017 Marcie Brown took over from Leckrons'e minion Vankidu. Marcie Brown signs for TPL. Is there any filing (Creditors Commitee) re. change of power of TPL?

Just to remind, the Browns court win against TPL made Leckrone to file chapter 11 for TPL. Now how and why made it Leckrones "enemies" to get the power of TPL...?

Could there be a deal re. MMP IP property? Was there pressure at Leckrone re. filing for chapter 7? Anyone?
