Except that the company also filed to register about 40MM shares, about half of which are tied to warrants. Thereby opening the possibility of a reverse split to meet listing requirements. Maybe not exactly a "bright spot," and the issuance of new shares/reverse split if it happens will further dilute shareholder value, but I don't think it's just a clickbait headline.
