I had to look it up to see what it means.

My quick understanding is that said form is used when you want to uptick to a national exchange and on IPO's. You have to register some stocks.

Soooooo. This most likely ends any and all goals of getting to a bigger exchange.

One could despartly reach for something by saying "hey! they're going big time next year and they don't need to go to a bigger exchange."

The only way things are going big time for them is when they go to clinical trial. So I think it's the former.

If I had to guess err hope for them to go to clinical trial is Q1 2023. guess. hope. YAH! That's the word, hope.
