Ease you stated ``Even if they received a controlling interest, TPL receives rights to EVERYTHING. Also, PTSC has shareholder authority to issue another 200 million shares as a poison pill, correct me if I`m wrong.``

I`ve yet to find this in the Master Agreement...Please post the paragraph or supply the line #. Thanks.

Also, S/L have remained under the radar and I believe we have much fewer than the 200 mil. avail.
