My guess is they may have been able to get their hands on additional info re Moore/TPL this way, and/or it was stategy in how they planned to submit info.. ie the Higgins affidavit has been submitted to the Defendants on two previous but separate occasions (April & Sept(?) `04), with no objections.. and now Defendants want it sealed?

This is strictly my own guess
