In your all-too predictable zeal to make it personal, you missed my point. If George Bush, darling of the far right when he was President, thinks Limbaugh's comments are unacceptable in civilized society, it may just be that the tide has finally turned. If Bush has realized what the Republican party is in danger of becoming, then it's more likely that moderate Republicans will start to organize to take back their party from the kooks. Remember, not so many months ago Limbaugh was the GOP's acknowledged mouthpiece.
