However, to let the masses rule, as nice as it sounds, will lead to more Looting and ANARCHY,,NOT!!! "pleasant dreams", as some would have us believe..

The Communist overthrow of the Monarchy in Russia, did NOT result in,"RULE of the PEOPLE"
.. (NOR did it happen in China ,nor Cuba, etc,etc,etc).....

The laws of inertia are causing people to resist change,,(good or bad).

Changing,,"MINDS", is the most difficult of ALL the requirements to a UTOPIA..

The people need to be lead to the promised land..

They are TOO busy entertaining themselves, to devote any time or effort to the task..IMO..
