09:12 AM EST, 11/27/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Mountain Boy Minerals (MTB.V), a copper ores company, said Wednesday that it will issue up to 1 million flow-through common shares in a private placement transaction at $0.25 apiece, for gross proceeds of $250,000.

The company said it will use the proceeds for exploration projects in British Columbia.
