Interesting to note in Feb NOG acquired an 85% interest in the compressor station in Joffre. They have signed a contract with a major pipeline to transport the Copany's gas. This will result in a significant reduction in the cost's of the company's natural gas production in the region.

We acquired four well bores located on leases on its lands in Lloydminster. They want to bring them into production over the next 30 to 60 days.

Lloydminster seems to be interesting.
