Greg can now start building the mine at Bissett Creek. This long EA process would serve as an example for other comapanies...i.e. permits may take years to obtain. So one has to be realistic when it comes to estimate timeline for production.

For NGC, it looks good from here, since the company has an agreemnet for a major chunk of money from investors such as Caterpillar including the heavy equipment leasing. Greg can perhaps start the bulldozer up and cut the first path at the mine site.
