Message: Keep the momentum

Dear partners

The momentum created with the rollout resumption is generating encouraging results. Combined to the progress made on the DFI's loan agreement, NuRAN maintains the pace. Before going full steam once the loan is signed, management has established the plan for the next months.

The Company has completed the project plans for South Sudan, Madagascar and Ivory Coast. Those plans will be presented to the MNOs starting next week.

South Sudan :

With the current inventory in country and access to erected towers from MTN and NCA, the teams expects to deliver 20 sites this summer during the raining season.

Madagascar and Ivory Coast :

While completing the partners selection for the rollout, acquiring the various permits and licenses in those countries, the Company shall start site rollouts in September. Before the large scale satellite hub infrastructure deployment, an initial rollout satellite solution has been identified and agreed to allow for rollout this year.

Cameroon and DRC :

While working on closing the DFI loan, The Company will maintain the pace delivering sites and improving on operations, network and commercial activities.

In order to meet our 2023 rollout target, the procurement and logistic team has completed the alignment of the supply chain (Towers, Power Systems, VSAT equipments, etc...). NuRAN radio's production is completed and packaged to fulfil our Q3 rollout demand as Q4 production has been kicked off. Our suppliers are fully engaged and ready to support our agressive plan for 2023 and beyond.

Subject to closing DFI loan, The Company is highly confident to regain momentum and deliver on its business plan. EIB/DFI team and NuRAN's management are committed to complete the process aiming to the signature. We are expecting to be extremely busy in Q3 and Q4.

Have a wonderful weekend on this Canada Day
