Good Morning 

My trip in Madagascar to kickoff operations is about to end as I am flying back tomorrow. Even during my stay, we have made significant progess with the DFIs. We have also made significant progress with several potential equity players for the NuRAN Africa Holding as we are going thru list of DD questions and extensive analysis of our financial model. 

We are even accumulating new players that are really serious and interested. NDAs are signed. Dataroom package is shared. 

So September will busy for us on the financing side. We will keep our sharholders updated on the progress. EIB is important, yes but we have sveral players that might come along side with them shortly allowing to expand in new countries, meet our debt to equity ratio covenents...and bring new debt players as we are also regained momentum with other DFIs.
