Good morning,

 

EIB/DFI2 is one of the financing approach. As stated in a video published ten days ago, the CFO described the various option ahead. Most of those options are contemplated for NuRAN Africa Holding. 

Please find below the different scenarios:

  1. Service suppliers differed payment financing
    1. since NuRAN has the equivalent material in countries to build just over 240 sites, we are negotiating differed payment terms with our local installation and construction partners
  2. In country commercial banks credit facilities
  3. DFI bridge facility
  4. 5M+ Equity/Mezzanine investment
    1. Advanced negotiations with more than 3 groups
  5. 10-20M Equity investment
  6. Large debt package 

Again, EIB is one of the financing workstream. We will advise in due time on the progression.
