According to CLAIMaps... dispute has been filed by Sage Gold Inc. and 'Pending proceedings Commenced' for forefeited claims 3011723, 3011721, and 3011720. Hopefully resolved in SGX favour sooner than later. I know nothing about this process but if it truely was just an administrative error "which resulted from a failure to apply assessment work credits for work which had already been completed on the claim"... you would think this would rule in SGX favour... the fact that the claims have been re-staked makes aituation more complicated but I think the fact that the claims were staked on June 30th, "Prior to the issuance of the withdrawal order" by the MNDM... may also be to SGX benefit. Time will tell.
