Not only is it priced at an absolutely rediculously low price, which is overly dilutive in my opinion, but what really ANGERS me about it is that this news had to have been leaked by somebody in advance of the trading halt, as there was a significant sell off on in the shares and a dramatic drop in the SP on Monday 22 June before the halt. The news release on the 25 June then led to even more selling and the SP is now down some 30%. And there you have it.....the rich get richer again.
