If you are looking for arrests that is a criminal complaint and unless you have hard evidence of fraud, misuse of investors monies for their private use etc.... which would have to a matter for the SEC what is their to gain The point to me is that a few of the hardcore bashers have been screaming it is a fraud and misuse of investor money. Looks like they have been saying this without any proof. LOL!! just what they do.
