a9>Dash I guess my point is really examplee Intel offers 5B, that's 6 bucks or so a share and makes many many people millionaires.

Uhm ... exactly how did a $5B offer turn into $6/share?

Did OPL issue a three-quarters-of-a-billion shares while nobody was looking?

Please, attempt some arithmetic.

$5B offer div approx. 200MM f/d shares eq $25/share.

a9>We would never see 70 bucks for years

I'm as rah-rah as anybody, but agreed, I don't think it could _ever_ hit $70, considering with perfect execution of the Pelligrino numbers, a top based on NPV is perhaps $40-60/share.

The market would have to get awfully, awfully irrational to get in the $70's as OPL. Sorry, but $100/share is just something out of a crack pipe.

imo, we'll be very lucky to get $15, and very very lucky to get $25.

On a 2013-14 "do it!" timeline, we might have a measly $10 shoved down our throats, and could very well be forced to suffer the grave insult of $5.

Even though it'd be a 10-bagger, a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush, or so they say. Some folks might take a 10-bagger "now", and keep some in play for the hopes of a second follow-on 10-bagger in the coming decade.

In such a case, to follow the rest of the story it'd be as holders of $ACQUIRING_CO.

With a burn rate of $300k/month, the mind has to be made up in the next what? 9-12mos?

That's using an acquistion scenario.

A first-adopter military licensee to fund ongoing OPL-survival bedrock cashflow, then pursuit of commercial markets a la adoption of a Wi-LAN or ARMH business model for 2014 and beyond?

That would change quite a lot, and might be a viable vehicle to get us into $30-and-beyond territory by 2015-16.

It all depends on SSC approach, and the "sell-out-or-not?" vote.

GLTA,

R.
