If...and this is a big speculative if...the stock has been held down due to another round of options to new strategic additions (or other), i would think they would be announced/awarded before the conference on August 24th. This statement is pure speculation on my part...but this tight trading range has a back story of some kind in my opinion. We will see....good times ahead none the less.
