if there's the need to shift attention to feature-size, there must be a present, weighty, and necessary (read: commerically monetizable) driver.

DPL & foundry rulesets ... we're starting to smell more and more like we're on the road to becoming an ARMH and/or WIN.

Tough call to say which, since BAE ties would seem to lend an edge to ARMH...

... but WIN is Canadian (Ottawa) with its US offices not too horribly far from UConn (Stamford). And everybody knows Stamford is right next-door to White Plains (IBM).
