Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Who knows POETRY? Maybe he just wanted to give 200k shares to a family member or friend even at a 20% discount plus claim a capital loss on the sale.

Sell 200k shares claim cap. loss

Give the proceeds to family member

Drive share price down 20%

Family member buys the shares back plus 20% more because of cheaper shares.

Briliant right? LOL

No, just saying that big shareholders do this sort of thing all the time. For whatever reason.

The main thing is that he was not selling because he believed something wrong at the company.

People, self included even though I was buying cheap shares, showed great concern when we thought he was selling off. It was like bad news from the company.

Now that we know different It's like a good news release and should allow the sp to go at least to $.42 again. That combined with a few other things we heard (plus the fact the U.S has their problems cleared up for awhile and will let the market run again) should see POET on an upward trend. Then when we get the good news we will all have a Very, Very Merry Christmas. ;-) GLTA
