1878 Patent: "Improvement in Hoes"

This is mind blowing to me. Two of Taylor's patents refer to a patent published in 1878 for attaching a hoe blade to its handle.

Assuming it is not mistakenly cited, it's amazing to think a mechanism devised in 1878 could be applied to microelectronics in 2013!
