Still doesn't explain what is holding the price down. If we are so close, the price should be rising, not static, or declining.

We've had this discussion umpteen times and it is always the same. No one knows. It's all pure speculation. This company is nothing until it is something, share price wise.

I will say this however. The lower the current share price, generally, the lower the take-out price. This is not a constant, but a generality. I know of cases, and I'm sure many here do as well, where a share price rose many multiples when their news was released. However, I think we'd all agree that this is the exception, not the rule.

If we have what we think, then this will be one of the exceptions.
