OTCBB - NASDAQ

Very true POET is a long way from a full blown NASDAQ listing.

However, the qualifications for the OTCBB - NASDAQ (Over The Counter Bulletin Board) are much less strigent and the Bulletin Board is designed as a stepping stone for those "companies" that are growing up, have great potential, but do not qualify for the NASDAQ.

If POET is going to list on a bigger board, it would most likely have to be the OTCBB first, which would open up a whole new audience of investors (institutions).
