you commented laste week on the number of shares issued, 7 + mil, seem to be a strange number, and it was like ptk needed exactly $5mil, and I agreeded with you it seemed wierd, then I was thinking yesterday that if the pp was originally set for $.50, that would of made it 10mil shares, that makes a lot more sense, so if the buyer was only going to put in $ 5 mil, and the price went up, the number of shares had to be reduced to get to $ 5mil. ( you think)
