Why isn't it pure speculation either way, the company has not yet licensed to anybody, nor have tendered an offer to our knowledge. The speculation really comes down to what one believes will be the eventual outcome. I think Oogee kind of nailed the rational, once this is in play what completes with it. Will a little upstart company be allowed to shake the market like that. Its just opinion of course like anything else thus far
