I think an informal, non-legal association of forum members would be benficial. We already have that. Individuals take it upon themselves to message/call Chris and others at Poet on our behalf (and for that I am truly grateful), and then dutifully report back. That's all I was referring to in previous posts.

Moreover, the total share count of members being compiled by Rob would add heft and gravitas to whatever queries/concerns we raise. I think mgmt would be interested in knowing our concerns, questions, and suggestions. For example, somebody here corrected one of the recent NRs. If we keep it loose and informal and collegial, it will benefit everyone.

BUT....this 'association' in no way, shape, or form replaces or interferes with the Shareholder Rights Plan.
