Hey fairchij, Are you counting UCONN's new deal as warrants? If so this could account for the discrepancy as the deal was for 2 million common shares. You did make me check my memory though by going back to the news release of February 11th of this year. : ) I found it referenced in the MD&A as well. Page 13 in the financials list the outstanding warrants as of March 31, 2014. Green
