Thanks Rob, I'm well aware of supply and demand, although the market isn't so aware, at times.

Clearly, the manipulators can drive this stock around like a cadillac, so just as clearly, once we get to 40M shares, if they want the share price down, they will drive it down, NASDAQ or not.

Trying not to be argumentitive, but equilibrium with this stock is non-existent, since no one knows what's it's worth.

And yes, I will sell when the price is right, just as you will, I just hate the company pissing money away on lawyers when it certainly seems good enough to meet the minimum thresholds with what they have.
