Norret I think you hit the nail on the head.

Option shares and warrant shares have been sold for quite a while now and they are keeping the share price right where it's at. Some other nastys in the market recognize this and are starting to take advantage of this consistant selling to scare some cheap shares out of weaker retail hands.

But all is well and this will all come to pass as we get closer to a finished product.
