Perhaps people were not so much "spooked" by the P2 report, but were concerned about some of the company's responses in the 20-f filings referenced by Green 88. A few posts back, I asked Fairchij about his opinion on two of those responses. My decision whether to double down at these levels will depend on how much of a claim (if any) BAE has on the finished commercialized product as well as what comes out of the AGM. I would appreciate any knowledgeable feedback.
