as far as SI goes and the BoD spot, maybe its a case of poet wanting to keep their friends close, and their enemies closer ( so to speak)

I know SI was a big part of keeping this company from going broke, as well as IBK was, but lets face it, SI is in this for big money and sometimes these big money guys have a tendency of (Ogee made reference to) this animal behaviour instinct that they cannot stop the need to get more, becomes more of a game then a need for money.

maybe the poet guys know this and would prefer to have SI where they can keep a very close eye on him when the big deals start and they don,t want any shenanigians going on to make them look foolish.

if so, not a bad idea.

just a thought.
