Who ever said they were leaders? They are simply owners of the company just like myself and maybe you. The thing is, they just happen to be be very good and dedicated at digging deeper and go that extra mile with their DD. To be honest they don't have to share with us but I feel forever indebted that they do and I for one really appreciate it.
