The Initial Listing Guide doesn't mention the five days closing price rule, but the formal NASDAQ Listing Rules document does. Thanks for providing the link, LookinGIntoIt!

Since Peter mentioned the $5 requirement (= US$ 4) and the Global Select Market is not in reach for now, I believe POET is targeting the Global Market. However, at the AGM Peter mentioned a 60 day period, not 90 days. Maybe he is not yet as fluent in NASDAQ listing rules as this board is. ;-)
