Sorry, folks, I didn't want to stirr anything up and I surely didn't want to suppress any discussion about Canadian taxes! Not at all!

Taxes are no doubt a very legitimate issue to be discussed in public. All I was asking for is to use the title line to identify the discussion's resp. your posts's topic so that those not interested in that topic could easily and quickly skip those posts.
