I am not saying less available shares is going to put up pressure on the SP. What I am trying to illustrate is simple supply and demand. As you say, the number of people/funds wanting to invest will increase. But, if we end up having to do a RS people are going to have to offer a lot more money to get any of my shares if I only have 1/3 of what I've got now.

If we all truely believe in POET, a RS should not scare us because in no time, they will be doing a forward split because the share price will be rediculously high. Just my opinion!
