I still don't think it is Pinetree selling. Last Oct. I think, they were in dfault to the debenture holders. They made an agreement to pay down $20 mln of the $54 mln debenture to satisify the requirrement of the holders sometime this July if I remember correctly..A couple of weeks ago not only did they fullfil their committment but paid down an extra $10 mln over and above the requirrement. And if i'm not mistaken ? I think PNP became apart of the debenture holders themselves and invested another $3 or 4 mln in the debenture collecting the interest. Pehaps I have that wrong, maybe that's not possible but it sure read like that.

So I think Pinetree are in no way now in need of cash even with their market cap dropping for awhile. As matter of fact the NAV has gone up 10% to $.20 since last month.

I don't think they're selling or need to sell but like I said i"m open to correction on this but that's the way I read it.
