IBK gets paid to raise money and support companies. They usually get 7% and also warrants or options. They have made good money from OPL/PTK for many years and received these added warrants etc. They have put in a lot of their own money and taken on risk. They will sell stock or warrants to recoup capital and make profit. They have a big position in PTK and have have excercised warrants and probably sold stock. They beleive in PTK and its huge potential and expect to make a huge profit but that doesn't mean they have not sold. I beleive they are currently buying rather than selling.
