Jack, with respect, I"m sure that the new IR firm has more important things to deal with or worry about than to get back to a retail shareholder on a "urgent" basis.

I'm not privy to the nature of your questions to IR, but if they are the same nature of the questions you pose on here, they may take their time in getting back to you.
