Message: Something different from POET
14:28 – The next major and very significant step in our our lab-to-fab transition was to complete our process technology transfer to a commercial foundry, to fabricate our devices. We had previously announced our agreement with Anadigics for early development in August 2015. Even as we started to make progress at Anadigics through the last quarter of 2015, we were faced with operational uncertainties there, and began exploring pure-play foundry alternatives. We were very pleased to sign a manufacturing services agreement with Wavetek in November.

It's interesting that the wavetek agreement was signed in Novemeber (as above) and only announced on Jan 27th. That's at least two months difference, depending on when it was signed in Nov. Clearly there is a grace period, for which material news has to be announced. How many other deals are sealed and we are yet to get an NR confirming it??
