It was all over but the shouting by 10:30ET (533.6K), on the US side

I’ve never understood the exact mechanism, however, American specialists maintain their own book, and determine their own prices according to (whim) and trade conditions.

Equally, there is never an exact sync. between US pricing and the TSX-V. Sometimes prices can be more interesting in the US, but usually prices are better on the TSX-V.
