I'm in the camp with those on this board who believe we need to be very careful not to tie the hands of this this management team from moving forward.

I for one along with it sounds like quit a few others here, are now understanding that these options may be a nessisary evil. I'm still weighting my options but believe a "yes" vote is the right thing to do.

If you where a member of the so called $70 club (which i never proclaimed to be but believe its possible), then I'm sure you would be just as happy with say, $60 as apposed to $70. Just throwing that out there.
