Yes, we can verify this statement by direct converstaion.

Subhash was literally homesick and very fustrated by the constamt delays in wafer delivery. The development process had no other "show stoppers" other than that (wafer delivery)

He was ask to stay on until the wafer situation was corrected, stack realigned properly and flow was reestablished to Taiwan. Once that was done, he came home. He is well able to monitor ongoing optimization development from a laptop in California.
