I honestly don't get the panic here. The tech seems to be rounding nicely into a marketable product, if slower than hoped. I also fear another capital raise but it is not the end of the world if it happens. The next $12 million will cost around 120 million shares if you include the bonus share. That would take us to over 400 million shares. There is still plenty of sales and profits out there in this market to make Poet a very profitable company at the diluted share count. At our current price point, most of us are all in for this to succeed or fail, that happens only through the tech not a capital raise. Stop trying to make a capital raise the end of the road. It is one path but certainly not the end.
