I certainly don't know the truth, and never stated that the reason for exercising in the past was because of some position he had taken at a hedge fund.

The reason for the recent exercising was that the options were about to expire and not to exercise would have been downright foolish.

Speculation has a funny way of becoming truth...if you say it often enough....ask any politician.
