Mo, you are entitled to your opinion and I have no problem with that. I do have a question about "I don't know about other companies, but I don't think Poet has submitted their bid to the Indian government simply because: 1- They didn't have any question about the RFP while other companies had tens of questions."

If POET did not have any interest in this RFP, why would they answer the question about the RFP at all?
