That is certainly not true of past posts and even the post you are comment on is certainly embellished to appear more negative than what is strictly factual:
Example: We just suffered the worst financing round in TSX Venture history .
The facts are:
1. It did not just happen. That was a year ago.
2. Was it the worst financing round in TSX Venture history? It was bad but was it the worst? Has he looked into the facts to make that definitive statement? I think not. Past history of Brundal’s posts point to a lack of any real due diligence that would validate that statement as a fact.
our shares outstanding are creeping upwards at an alarming rate.
Alarming rate? The share count one year ago was 259,333,852 (after the financing). Today it is 260,018,852.
So will the share count continue to increase? I think the warrants will be in the money before there is a need for financing and if the Rodman report is to believe their expectation is that by the time it is needed (if needed) they will do a debt equity financing.
I do believe that there will be some control to delay development costs if they do not sign with any strategic partners for the dielectric platform. The way I understand it money will be required for the development of the complete transceiver. That in my opinion is a cost that can be avoided by staying with the higher margin ROSA and TOSA. I actually don’t understand why they would stress finances when they have such an advantage in cost with these products that are expected in 2018.
